THREE THINGS NOTEPAD (for a limited time)

The "three things concept" is outlined in my book, Big Dreams, Daily Joys. And it's something that always helps me when I am feeling overwhelmed. Pick three simple things to do each day. Write them down.

The point is not doing the three things. (Though wonderful if you do!) The point is to re-establish normalcy. The point is to feel the accomplishment of setting daily micro goals and crossing them off.
